Private Rental and 'Move-On' Permanent Housing

We provide safe, good‑quality private rental  and move‑on homes that offer people stability at a pivotal moment in their lives. Our houses are more than a roof—they are a steady base where people can rebuild confidence, re‑establish routines, and take the next steps toward independence with dignity.

Each home acts as a stepping‑stone between temporary support and long‑term housing, giving people the time, space, and security they need to move forward.

By combining stable housing with consistent relational support, we help individuals transition into their future with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Emergency 'Welcome Homes'

Daily time with each person is at the heart of Trinity’s model. Our dedicated home support team visits every day, creating the space to build genuine relationships—time to listen, to understand someone’s story rather than just their presenting issue, and to notice the small changes that reveal what support is needed most. Every person’s needs are different; our role is to identify those needs early and act on them with care and consistency.

Trinity fills the gap between people who require statutory intervention and those placed in unsupported temporary accommodation. Too many people sit in that space with no meaningful support until crisis hits. We step in long before that point—providing daily relational contact, 24/7 support when it’s needed most, and structured move‑on support that prevents repeat homelessness and repeat presentation.

We also know that long‑term stability depends on belonging. That’s why we actively encourage and support community integration, helping people build the connections and confidence that will sustain them well beyond their time in our 'Welcome Home'.

Town-Centre Regeneration

IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES TOGETHER

We collaborate closely with Councils to map empty retail units and underutilised buildings in town-centre locations.

TRANSFORMING RETAIL SPACES AND CREATING HOMES ABOVE

Our model converts ground-floor retail elements into modern, flexible commercial spaces while developing high-quality accommodation above.

FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS FOR DIVERSE NEEDS

Whether a Council requires short-term accommodation for people experiencing homelessness, visitor-ready spaces for tourism, or long-term private rental homes, we tailor each project to deliver exactly what's needed.

FAST MOBILISATION, EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY

We move quickly - from identification to refurbishment to occupation - without compromising on standards.

CREATING LASTING IMPACT

By regenerating town-centre properties, we help Councils reduce vacancy rates, strengthen local economies, and create pathways to stable housing.

Trinity 'Pathways' Academy

At Trinity, we focus on the skills, confidence, and connections that help people sustain a home long after they leave us. Through daily time and relationship‑based support, we help people build the practical tenancy skills and everyday life skills that create stability.

We invest in confidence and resilience, noticing the small changes that signal when someone needs more support. We strengthen community connection so people don’t move on into isolation but into belonging. And we provide early mental health support, stepping in long before crisis point.

By partnering with colleges, training providers, and local organisations, we open up opportunities for learning, growth, and progression — ensuring that move‑on is not just a change of address, but a step into a stronger future.

Outcomes

OUR IMPACT

REDUCED HOMELESSNESS AND IMPROVED WELLBEING

We reduce the number of people facing homelessness by providing safe, stable accommodation and meaningful support during moments of crisis.

This matters because no one can rebuild their life while living in fear, instability or unsafe conditions. A secure home is the first step toward restoring wellbeing and hope.

FASTER TRANSITIONS INTO PERMANENT HOUSING

Through structured move‑on support and close partnerships with councils, we help individuals and families move into permanent homes more quickly and with greater confidence.

This matters because long stays in temporary accommodation keep people stuck. Faster transitions mean people can begin rebuilding their lives sooner, with the right foundations beneath them.

EMPOWERED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH SKILLS FOR INDEPENDENCE

We equip people with practical, emotional and tenancy‑readiness skills that help them sustain long‑term independence and thrive within their communities.

This matters because housing alone isn’t enough. People need the tools, confidence and support to maintain their home and build a future that feels possible.

REDUCED COST BASE AND GREATER OUTCOMES FOR COUNCILS

Our model offers councils cost‑effective, high‑quality accommodation with measurable improvements in housing stability, community integration and long‑term outcomes.

This matters because councils are under immense pressure. A model that delivers better results at lower cost strengthens local systems and frees resources for prevention and long‑term solutions.

GREATER DIGNITY AND STRONGER PATHWAYS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES

We restore dignity, rebuild trust and create clear, supportive pathways from crisis to independence.

This matters because people deserve more than a bed — they deserve respect, stability and a real chance to move forward with hope.
