News and Insights
Real change happens one home, one person, one community at a time - and this is where we share insights and stories.
Here you'll find the latest news from Trinity, updates on our parternships and projects across Wales, and our thinking on the issues that matter most: housing, homelessness, regeneration, and what it really takes to help people move forward with dignity.
We believe that shining a light on what's working - and what still needs to change- is part of how we make a difference. So whether you're a council partner, a community organisation,or someone who cares about the future of housing in Wales,we hope you'll find something here that informs, inspires,or sparks a conversation.

Building Systems with Dignity
Leadership is often discussed in terms of strategy and results. But at its core, it shapes something far more human, how people experience the systems around them.
In this feature, The Real Edits explore the journey of Amanda Milliner, leadership advisor and co-founder of Avanti Change and Trinity Pathways. Her work bridges organisational leadership and social impact, focusing on building systems that not only function effectively but also restore dignity, stability, and trust for the people they serve.
Her story reflects a powerful truth: values are not meant to sit in mission statements, they are meant to be lived through decisions, structures, and everyday actions.
This piece offers a thoughtful perspective on what it means to lead with integrity, challenge broken systems, and create change that is both practical and deeply human.

Trinity signs the Armed Forces Covenant
We are proud to announce that Trinity has today signed the Armed Forces Covenant — a public commitment to support the Armed Forces Community across the United Kingdom.
At Trinity, everything we do is built around one belief: that every person deserves a safe home, genuine support, and a real pathway forward. That belief applies equally to those who have served our country. Veterans, reservists, serving personnel and their families should never face disadvantage in accessing housing or support — and yet too often, they do.
By signing the Covenant today, we are making the following commitments to the Armed Forces Community:
Homes. We will ensure that veterans and military families have access to the safe, quality homes that Trinity provides — on equal terms with everyone we serve.
Employment. We will actively welcome applications from members of the Armed Forces Community, including offering placements and work experience opportunities within our organisation.
Training. Through the Trinity Pathway Academy, we will offer training places to veterans and military families, helping to build confidence, skills and long-term independence.
Community engagement. We will engage with local cadet groups, recognising the value of the cadet movement and its contribution to young people and communities across Wales.
Signposting. We will ensure that Armed Forces Community members who come into contact with Trinity are connected to the wider support and services available to them.
Amanda Milliner, Chief Executive Officer, signed the Covenant on behalf of on 14th April 2026.
